Is it illegal for someone who is 16 to have sex with someone older?

I live in PA and the age of consent is 16 does it mean you can have sex with someone older? Not that I would I have to ask for a project. Lets say the other person is 30 is it just considered rape if your parents find out?

Pennsylvania law:

§ 3122.1. Statutory sexual assault...a person commits a felony of the
second degree when that person engages in sexual intercourse with a complainant under the age of 16 years and that person is four or more years older than the complainant and the complainant and the person are not married to each other.
