Question by Jeremy M: Can anyone help me understand why we have UTI symptoms with no infection after sex?

I have been experiencing uti symptoms but no infection it only happens after sex, after many times of this happening my bladder cant hold urine as it use too. Could it be IC? I am only 30 years old.

I am also 30 and have the exact same problem. My urologist told me that it's an irritation of the urethra from the friction of intercourse. His advice was to drink two glasses of water before sex, urinate, and two more and another urination after. He also told me that if I feel the urge during so, to stop and go.

It's a pain but it works.
