My friend is worried about the pain she feels when having sex?

My friend told me earlier sometimes when her boyfriend and her are having sex her lower tummy hurts. She said it isnt all the time and theres noblood, but sometimes theres like an uncomfortable pain/ ache and it really turns her off.

I heard something about sometimes sex can damage the cervix, but she said she still has regular periods and no blood after sex.

Someone help please.
How can she stop his penis hitting her cervix?

The discomfort may be due to the head of his penis hitting the cervix
